We strictly follow all federal, state, and local laws that regulate the sale of firearms, ammunition, parts, and accessories. Our goal is to ensure legal and responsible access to these products.
Please note: the restrictions we implement are not legal advice. We do not guarantee the legality of any item in your specific location. It’s up to you, the customer, to know and comply with the laws that apply to you.
Legal Certification & Customer Responsibility
By purchasing any item from our store, you confirm and agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for making sure that buying, owning, and using any product from us complies with all relevant federal, state, and local laws in your area.
- You have personally confirmed that the item you’re purchasing is legal to own and use in your specific location.
- You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless our company and its partners from any legal issues, claims, or consequences that may arise from your purchase, use, or possession of any product.

We do not ship or sell any merchandise, including firearms, ammunition, or accessories, to the following locations:
- Chicago
- Massachusetts
- Washington, D.C.
- Puerto Rico
All firearms are shipped only to the physical address listed on the FFL license. If you prefer the order to go to your mailing address instead, you must contact us directly to request it.
Every license is validated through FFL EZ Check, and the information must match exactly. Any mismatch can cause delays or cancellations. It’s the dealer’s responsibility to ensure we have a current and accurate copy of the FFL.
No firearms, ammunition, or third-party (drop shipped) items will be delivered to a P.O. Box under any circumstances.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require a freight forwarding service to complete delivery.
Ammo Shipping Restrictions
Ammo Shipping Restrictions
- We do not offer ammo drop shipping to: AK, CA, CT, DC, HI, IL*, MD, MA, NJ, or NY.
- *Illinois residents must provide a valid FOID card and a matching state-issued ID. Both are required before shipping.
Knife Ordering Restrictions
Please carefully read and ensure you meet the following requirements and restrictions before purchasing any knife.
Federal law strictly prohibits the sale and interstate shipment of switchblades, out-the-front (OTF) knives, and other automatic-opening knives (collectively called “Automatic Knivesâ€), except under limited exceptions outlined below.
Automatic Knives include:
- A knife that opens when pressure is applied to a button or other mechanism in the handle.
- A knife that opens through the use of inertia, gravity, or both.
Automatic Knives do not include:
- A knife with a spring, detent, or other mechanism that creates a bias toward keeping the blade closed and requires force from the hand, wrist, or arm to overcome that bias and assist in opening the blade.
Automatic Knives may only be sold:
- To civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the federal government purchasing these knives for official use.
- To procurement officers of the National Guard, Air National Guard, or a state militia buying for use in connection with their duties.
- To supply or procurement officers or employees of any state, or any of its political subdivisions or territories, purchasing for official purposes.
- To manufacturers or authorized dealers of such knives when fulfilling an order from any of the buyers listed above.
We will not sell any Automatic Knife unless these specific legal conditions are fully satisfied.
Alabama
- Knife blades may be no longer than 3 inches when shipped to addresses in Montgomery.
- Airguns shipped to any address in Alabama must include an orange safety tip.
Alaska
- All orders must be sent via freight forwarder.
- Airguns with COâ‚‚ power, flamethrowers, certain reactive targets (e.g., Tannerite), and pepper sprays/gels are prohibited.
Arizona
- Airguns must arrive with an orange safety tip.
- Stun guns may not be shipped to any address in the state.
Arkansas
- Pepper sprays or gels must not exceed 5.9 oz (170 ml).
- Airguns must include an orange safety tip.
California
- No items classified as suppressors or silencers.
- Ammunition must be shipped through licensed firearms dealers.
- Off-roster handguns, complete AR/AK receivers, and non-compliant pistols or rifles are prohibited.
- Magazines over 10 rounds are restricted.
- Burner targets (e.g., Tannerite), flamethrowers, automatic knives, binary triggers, pepper sprays, and COâ‚‚ airguns are banned.
- Customers are urged to verify knife legality under local regulations.
- Priority shipping of ammunition is disallowed to several cities (e.g., Los Angeles, San Francisco).
Colorado
- Ballistic knives are not permitted.
- High-capacity magazines (over 15 rounds) are not allowed.
- Airguns must have an orange safety tip and be limited to velocities under 500 ft/s.
Additional Restrictions by Locality:
- Boulder County & Vail City: No AR/AK pistols (compliant or not), receivers (stripped or complete), and magazines over 10 rounds.
- City and County of Denver: Same as Boulder/Vail, but magazine capacity limit drops to 15 rounds; AR/AK parts are also restricted.
Connecticut
- No stripped or complete receivers may be shipped.
- No AR or AK complete receivers, rifles, or pistols if they are non-compliant with state laws.
- No AR or AK parts of any kind will be shipped.
- Ammunition purchases require a valid Connecticut State-issued CTP.
- No ammunition fulfilled by third-party vendors is allowed.
- Magazine purchases also require a valid CTP.
- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds.
- No sales of binary triggers or stabilizing braces/blades.
- No sales of threaded barrels or vertical grips.
- No body armor.
- No shrouds that fully or partially encircle the barrel (except slides or handguards).
- No sales of smoothbore firearms with pistol grips (regardless of barrel length), such as the Remington Tac-14, Rock Island VRF14, or Emperor Mogul Max Ultra.
- Residents under 21 may not purchase semi-automatic rifles with a capacity over 5 rounds.
- No magazine or ammunition sales to individuals under 18.
- Shotgun magazines must not exceed a 5-round capacity.
- No sales of automatic knives.
- Airguns must have an orange tip.
Restrictions on Semi-Automatic Rifles with a Detachable Magazine
- Cannot have a pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or any stock allowing the trigger hand to be directly below the action.
- Cannot include a forward pistol grip, flash suppressor, grenade launcher, or flare launcher.
- Must not exceed a 10-round magazine capacity.
Semi-Automatic Rifles with a Fixed Magazine
- Magazine must not exceed 10 rounds.
Semi-Automatic Pistols with a Detachable Magazine
- Magazine cannot be located outside the pistol grip.
- Cannot have a threaded barrel capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward grip, or silencer.
- No barrel shrouds, except for a slide.
- No secondhand grip.
- Must not exceed 10 rounds.
Semi-Automatic Pistols with a Fixed Magazine
- Must not exceed 10 rounds.
Semi-Automatic Shotguns
- Cannot have a folding or telescoping stock.
- No pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or any stock that allows the trigger hand to be positioned under the action.
- Cannot include a shroud (except a handguard), detachable magazine, or revolving cylinder.
Other Semi-Automatic Firearms Not Classified as a Pistol, Revolver, Rifle, or Shotgun
- Cannot have a pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or similar feature allowing the trigger hand below the action.
- Cannot accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip.
- Must not have a fixed magazine over 10 rounds.
- Cannot include a flash suppressor, silencer, threaded barrel, shroud (except a slide), secondhand grip, or arm brace.
Delaware
- No sales of suppressors or silencers.
- No sales of automatic knives.
- No binary triggers.
- No rifle or shotgun sales to any resident of Delaware under 21 years old.
- No variants of AR-15 or AK-47 rifles or pistols, or completed lowers may be sold or shipped to Delaware.
- Airguns cannot be larger than .177 caliber.
- No semi-automatic centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
- Folding or telescoping stock
- Pistol grip or a thumbhole stock
- Forward pistol grip
- Flash suppressor
- Grenade launcher or flare launcher
- No semi-automatic centerfire rifle with an overall length under 30 inches.
- No semi-auto shotguns may be sold to Delaware residents with any of the following characteristics:
- Detachable magazine
- Both a pistol grip and folding or telescoping stock
- Revolving cylinder
- No semi-automatic centerfire pistol with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds.
- No semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine and any of the following features:
- Magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip
- Threaded barrel
- Shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles the barrel (except for a slide)
- Second hand grip
Florida
- No sales of binary triggers.
- No sales of ballistic knives.
- Pepper sprays or gels cannot exceed 2oz (59 ml/cc).
Georgia
- Airguns must have an orange tip.
Hawaii
- Suppressors and silencers are not allowed for sale.
- Freight forwarding is required for all shipments.
- No items fulfilled by third parties will be shipped.
- Handgun magazines over 10 rounds are prohibited.
- AR and AK pistols that do not meet compliance rules won’t be shipped.
- Ammunition and projectiles cannot be sold.
- Firearms must meet minimum melting point standards.
- Flamethrowers are not permitted for sale.
- Smoothbore firearms with a pistol grip are banned, regardless of barrel length.
- Franklin Armory binary triggers are not available.
- Automatic knives cannot be sold.
- Pepper sprays or gels are not allowed.
- Stun guns are restricted.
- CO2-powered airguns are not permitted.
